This 2008 monster, nicknamed “King of the Road”, was released as a limited edition model. No convertibles were produced, and it put up numbers unlike any other production Mustang to date.

The most horsepower produced in any factory model, and this car produced top speeds and 0-60 times better than any model as well.

As this was a limited-edition build, there were very few produced and these cars make a very exclusive group. Also, there were no convertible cars produced.

Black with Satin stripes: 328

TOTAL: 1,011

As you may notice, there were no solid color vehicles produced, and there were just over  1,000 cars manufactured. Also, these cars came stock with 18 x 9.5 inch Shelby aluminum wheels and looks absolutely gorgeous in any color!

It is unfortunate, but some people are either too excited, too careless, or too inexperienced to handle the power and muscle of a Mustang.

This video isn’t the greatest, but it gets the point across. The 2011 Mustang Cobra is beautiful and you can hear a slight whine of the supercharger in the video.

This 2007 SVT Cobra put up numbers like never before, and seeing this on the road is enough to make the hair on any Mustang fan’s neck stand up.

A little shy of the previous production numbers (2004), but nearly 11,000 units is still a significant line.

Since this was the last SVT spec post (maybe?!), the next line will be Shelby or GT Mustangs to spec out. We can’t stop, right?!

It’s not always about the type of car you drive that will determine your insurance rates.
