You want 540HP in the new 5.4L supercharged 2010 Shelby GT500? You got it! Preliminary tests show that this car can run low-mid 12-seconds in the 1/4 mile. Impressive for a ‘stock’ motor – by ‘stock’ we mean these 2010 GT500’s start at $45,000 – With all SVT has done to this car, it’s hard to consider it a ‘stock’ vehicle. None-the-less, it’s a monster, and we are looking forward to seeing this beast on the road. Along with 540HP, the 2010 Shelby produces 510TQ and will shred tires with the best of them. One of the most impressive features (small, but we are excited) is that the grill emblem is on the opposite side of where the CAI is now. Their reasoning? Produce as much airflow into the engine as possible. Now that… is awesome!
